NEW YORK — Borrowing from the boys — it’s a veritable tradition among stylish women. Annie Hall scavenged men’s vests and baggy khakis at thrift stores, Coco Chanel swiped tweed jackets from her beau, the Duke of Westminster, and Katharine Hepburn had a thing for tailored trousers. Now, denim designers are following suit with natty pinstripes, fitted vests and crisp white shirts for fall.
