NIKE HIRES TOMASELLI, COLARD AS VICE PRESIDENTS

NEW YORK — Nike has recruited two new vice presidents from outside the athletic industry.
Joseph Tomaselli has been named as vice president of global apparel sourcing and Dennis Colard has been tapped as vice president of global operations.
Both executives will be based at the company’s headquarters in Beaverton, Ore., starting next month in newly created posts.
Most recently, Tomaselli was senior vice president of the Walt Disney Co.’s sourcing organization. He will report to Mindy Grossman, vice president of Nike global apparel.
Colard previously served as executive vice president and partner of the Eclipse Group. Prior to that, he spent 25 years working at Hewlett-Packard.
He reports to Roland Wolfram, vice president of global operations and technology, and will oversee logistics, information technology and corporate procurement.
