Last month’s much anticipated opening of Cherry restaurant and bar in Midtown brought out all of Atlanta’s favorite fashionistas. While fall fashion — leather pants, fur jackets and skinny sweaters — were everywhere, spring was definitely in the air. Restaurant designer Patty Krongold was there showing off her new graphic print top, while PR honcho Amy Tan wore one of local manufacturer Project E’s new punk T-shirts. There were also signs that the new printed jeans trend is definitely a hit: At least five women were spotted wearing them. As for the space, it was as fashionable as the crowd — dark and sexy with enough color and texture to excite the eyes.
