NEW YORK — Lynn Tesoro has resigned from her post as senior vice president of corporate communications and Collection marketing at Polo Ralph Lauren.
Her last day will be Friday.
Tesoro has been with Polo five years, responsible for the communications department as well as marketing the Women’s Collection, Purple Label and Home lines.
“It was time to make a change. I’m looking for an opportunity that’s challenging and that offers me a little more flexibility,” said Tesoro, who has four children. She said she hasn’t made specific plans yet, but intends to keep working in some capacity.
Prior to joining Polo, Tesoro was vice president of communications for Calvin Klein Inc. for six years. Before that, she served as director of public relations for Giorgio Armani Fashion Corp.
Tesoro’s successor hasn’t been named yet.
