MOGAN EXITS AT WARNACO
NEW YORK — James R. Mogan, president of Warnaco Intimate Apparel division at The Warnaco Group, exited the firm this week.
Mogan was responsible for Warnaco’s intimate apparel businesses in North America, including Canada, with the exception of Calvin Klein Underwear. Company officials could not be reached for comment on his departure.
He is succeeded by David Clark, a sales executive at Warnaco for over 16 years. Clark reports to Linda Wachner, president and chief executive officer of Warnaco.
Mogan, who joined the Olga division of Warnaco as president in April 1997, could not be reached for comment. He was formerly executive vice president of Maidenform Worldwide and had been with the firm for 29 years in various executive posts.
