NEW YORK — Byron Donics has resigned as president of Riviera Concepts of America.
Donics, who has been with the company since 1997, chose not to renew his contract, which expired March 30, according to a Riviera spokeswoman. Donics’s previous duties and the division he had run will be absorbed into the parent Riviera Concepts Inc., which is headquartered in Toronto. A New York office will be maintained.
The Canadian parent company is run by owners Adrian Ellis and Gerd Schwarzkopf. Management also includes Margaret Spasuc, vice president of sales and marketing, and Bret Cosens, vice president of sales for North America.
