CHANGING PLACES: Ed Fox started as assistant vice president of marketing for Ralph Lauren Fragrances this week. Fox, who formerly held the same title for European Designer Fragrances, will oversee all domestic marketing for the RLF division.
Thayer Lavielle, formerly manager of public relations, has been promoted to marketing director, succeeding Fox. She will oversee all domestic marketing for European brands.
EYE OPENER: Avon Centre Salon & Spa has added three new products to its Eliza line of eyebrow grooming products. The line, created by Centre’s eyebrow director Eliza Petreschu, now includes an eyelash curler that retails for $10, magnifying eyeglasses with flip-down lenses for $32 and Soothing Blue Oil for $32.
DKNY HAIR: DKNY is adding hair care to its line of DKNY bath and body products. DKNY Energizing Shampoo incorporates emu, olive and jojoba oils to be used on all hair types, while DKNY Energizing Conditioner can double as a moisture hair mask, if left on for 15 minutes. Each will retail for $16 for 5-oz. tubes. The Energizing shampoo and conditioner join DKNY’s six existing bath and body stockkeeping units, which include a scrub and shower gel for $25, a body creme for $34 and a body lotion for $28.
