She was born into Hollywood aristocracy, and now Anjelica Huston may be ready to play one of England’s liveliest blue bloods onscreen. Huston’s production company has snapped up the film rights to Amanda Foreman’s recent biography, “Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire.” The 18th-century lady dominated fashionable society, but also scandalized it by gambling incessantly, having affairs with both men and women and wearing 3-foot-high hairstyles that contained everything from ships to wooden farm animals. Georgiana was also a distant relative of the late Diana, Princess of Wales — and Foreman’s book finds uncanny parallels between the two lives. Huston is set to direct the movie, according to a representative, but has not yet decided if she will play the Duchess.
