WYNNE PACKS UP: Steve Wynne, who in January announced plans to resign as president and chief executive officer of Adidas America, is wrapping up his last week at the helm.
Wynne will pitch in on a part-time basis until a replacement is named, an Adidas spokesman said Wednesday. That is expected to happen early next month when Herbert Hainer, chief operating officer, visits the company’s U.S. offices in Beaverton, Ore.
In other news, John Fread, director of public relations, plans to leave the company at the end of this month. Fread, a seven-year veteran with Adidas, has accepted a post at Digimarc, a high-tech company also based in Beaverton.
