NEW YORK — Philip Shaw, a former Nike executive, has joined Disney Consumer Products as senior vice president of worldwide marketing, a new post.
Most recently, he was general manager for Nike’s equipment division, where he oversaw the brand’s eyewear and timepiece businesses.
At Disney, he reports to a former Nike colleague, Andy Mooney, who joined Disney Consumer Products Worldwide as president. In his new role, Shaw will handle marketing for apparel, toys, hard lines, collectibles and The Disney Store.
