KOSH TO HEAD HR AT POLO
NEW YORK — Mitchell Kosh was appointed to the post of senior vice president of human resources of Polo Ralph Lauren on Monday.
Kosh was most recently senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Conseco, an insurance and financial services company in Carmel, Ind. At Polo Ralph Lauren, he will be responsible for all human resource functions, including organization development, executive recruitment, training, employee benefits and compensation programs.
He reports to Roger Farah, president and chief operating officer, and replaces Leslie Klotz, who has left the company.
Kosh also previously worked with Venator Group, where he held positions including senior vice president of human resources for Foot Locker Worldwide, and Federated Stores, where he worked in a senior human resources capacity.
“[Kosh] brings critical experience in the area of human resources and organization development, which is vital to the continued growth and development of Polo,” Farah said in a statement.
