Los Angeles insiders report that Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt have planned their nuptials for this Saturday in Malibu in front of 200 of their nearest and dearest. The bride will be wearing a dress from Milan-based designer Lawrence Steele, formerly of the design studio at Prada. Steele also made the plunging black number she wore this year to the Oscars.

In the wake of Tuesday’s Concorde crash in Paris, the designer said his days of supersonic travel are over. “They should give the remaining Concordes to space museums as a perfect futuristic dream of the 20th century that could not make it into the 21st century — a century the Concorde was supposed to represent,” he told WWD. “If one of only 12 crashed, it’s not that safe.” But the fashion world still has at least one loyalist: Anna Wintour says she’s sticking to her supersonic ways.

The supermodel, who just gave birth to a daughter, is designing a baby line for Burberry called Tennant & Son, handmade in her Scottish hometown by her own friends. The collection will hit Burberry’s 57th Street store in New York this September.
