NEW YORK — Oxford Industries Inc. has named Mark Wolk co-president of the women’s collections division.
Wolk, who most recently served as executive vice president of the division, will continue to be responsible for product development, merchandising and sales. He will share the leadership of the division with co-president Jim Pressley, who will concentrate on the sourcing and the operations areas of the business.
Pressley and Wolk report to Kayo O’Reilly, president of the Oxford Womenswear Group.
Wolk’s 18-year career at Oxford has included marketing positions in the company’s branded and private label businesses.
Oxford Industries is a diversified international manufacturer and wholesale marketer of branded and private label apparel for men, women and children.
In a clear demonstration of the growing importance of women’s wear at the company, the category accounted for more than 42 percent of the company’s sales and generated 63 percent of its operating profits for the fourth quarter ended June 2.
