PARIS — Borrowed-from-the-boys looks wax and wane in popularity. This spring season, however, they were riding high and so, not surprisingly, was the tough chic of Alexander McQueen. In his collection for Givenchy, he provided looks ranging from Fifties-style skirts in allover ruffles and boned corsets to those fab haberdashery-influenced suits, this time with slightly eased-up tailoring.
