NEW YORK — As with the clothes sent down the runways this fall, accessories also went the laid-back, almost traditional route with luxed-up, relaxed looks. The bigger the bags the better, it seemed, as seen in all the oversized carry-alls that varied from slung messenger types to slouchy, yet sophisticated weekenders. Shoes were marked by the return of the round-toe stiletto, as well as plenty of boot looks — colorful patchworks, suede flats and most notably the marching band versions. The final touches included fur berets, sequined scarves and a few fedoras thrown in for a dash of debonair.
