LOS ANGELES — Despite the torrential rains and a blackout that temporarily affected the fashion shows on Tuesday night, Petro Zillia designer Nony Tochterman sent out a lineup of beautiful spring looks that suggested warm afternoons in the countryside. The collection was Tochterman’s strongest to date, featuring plenty of the designer’s signature elements, such as vibrant colors, girly whimsy and messages inscribed on tank tops.
