NEW YORK — Services for Edward Mann, 73, a principal in E&M Associates, a consulting firm in the textile finishing, dyeing and printing fields, were held on April 4 in Forest Hills, N.Y.

He died April 3 in New York Hospital Medical Center, Flushing, N.Y., of a stroke, according to his business partner, Marty Kaiden.

Mann, who worked in the textile business for more than 50 years, had been with E&M for six years. Earlier, he was vice president of Barbizon Corp., a women’s lingerie manufacturer no longer in operation, for 16 years.

Mann is survived by his wife, Mollie; two sons, Richard and Jack; a daughter, Jody Mantel, and three grandchildren.
