NEW YORK — Tommy Hilfiger Corp. continues to rearrange its executive line up.
Theo Killion was named executive vice president of human resources, and Jamie Gallagher was named executive vice president and general counsel for the company. Both are new posts. Additionally, Quentin Walsh has been named senior vice president and corporate controller, succeeding James Reilly, who resigned in December. Walsh was most recently the controller at Coach Inc.
Killion joined the firm’s Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A. Inc. subsidiary in April and held the same title. In his new role, he will lead the firm’s worldwide human resources effort. Prior to joining Hilfiger, Killion was corporate vice president of human resources for merchandising and design at Limited Brands.
Gallagher will oversee the firm’s legal and corporate affairs. Most recently, he was executive vice president and general counsel for the Home Shopping Network.
