PARIS — Donatella Versace’s best collections are full of Hollywood-style razzle-dazzle, and her spring couture collection for Atelier Versace was one of them. There were shimmying minidresses trailing loads of beaded fringe, glowing gowns with portholes at the hip and leather cut to resemble lace, which even turned up as the bodice of a grand ballgown. Versace is also among the designers who created some great tops and blouses this season. Here, one fringed version, worn with a skinny skirt. For more on the season, see today’s photospread What a Blouse and Paris Couture Image Bank.
