While other big-name celebrities step out for their summer blockbuster premieres dressed by top designers — Elle Fanning and Margot Robbie both wore Gucci in the last week for their “The Neon Demon” and “Legend of Tarzan” premieres, respectively — not every actress has the luxury of sartorial options. In fact, Leslie Jones has been having difficulty finding any designers to dress her for the upcoming “Ghostbusters” press tour, according to her Twitter. She stars in the reboot alongside Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig and Kate McKinnon.

Jones took her frustration to the Twitter masses last night. “It’s so funny how there are no designers wanting to help me with a premiere dress for movie. Hmmm, that will change and I remember everything,” she wrote.

Christian Siriano was quick to raise his hand — via emoji — for the “Saturday Night Live” cast member. Based on Jones’ response, she’s happy about the possibility of donning one of Siriano’s looks at the film’s July 9 premiere in Los Angeles: she swiftly wrote back “YAAAAAASSSSSS.” Crowdsourcing often pays off.

Most users responded to the actress’ tweet with words of support. “You’re going to look fab! Can’t wait to hear about the lucky one that will dress you and see the finished product :)” wrote one, while another follower added “I can’t wait to see who does design a dress for you! My prediction — if they’re an unknown, you’re gonna put ’em on the map.” Earlier this morning, Siriano tweeted out “It shouldn’t be exceptional to work with brilliant people just because they’re not sample size. Congrats aren’t in order, a change is.”

“Ghostbusters” will be widely released on July 15. While the film’s trailers have garnered a lukewarm response, the reboot already inspired a fashion collection of its own: Rapper Nas and Sony Pictures collaborated on a limited-edition line that is sold at Ron Herman in Los Angeles and at Colette in Paris.
