NEW YORK — It looks like Peter King Hunsinger, former executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Conde Nast Publications, isn’t leaving the company after all. Last week, Hunsinger quit the firm after being replaced by Richard Beckman, former vice president and publisher of Vogue. But this week, Hunsinger was named president of Conde Nast’s new Bridal Division.

He will direct the bimonthly magazines, Bride’s and Modern Bride, and the regional magazines, Modern Bride Connections. His appointment is effective when the acquisition of Modern Bride and Modern Bride Connections from Primedia Inc. is completed later this month.

Hunsinger took his most recent post last April. Before that, he was publisher of Vanity Fair, Architectural Digest and Gourmet.
