WARNER’S TAPS MCNAMARA: Agnes McNamara has been named a designer for Warner’s foundations at the Warner’s division of The Warnaco Group.
She reports to Frank Wolfson, vice president of design, and will be based in Bridgeport, Conn.
McNamara was a designer of bras under the Maidenform and licensed Oscar de la Renta labels at Maidenform Inc. for 8 1/2 years.
A successor has not been named at Maidenform.
VANITY FAIR APPOINTS SISIA: Joseph Sisia has joined Vanity Fair Mills as designer of sleepwear and robes under the Vanity Fair label.
Sisia reports to Gregory Stephenson, director of product development for Vanity Fair sleepwear, robes, daywear and panties.
He succeeds Kelly Hymus, who has resigned.
Sisia was designer of daywear under the Appel and Sachet labels at I. Appel Corp. for 2 1/2 years, and before that designer of sleepwear of the Movie Star division at Movie Star Inc. for eight months. Earlier, he was designer of sleepwear under the Lily of France label at Bestform Foundations for 1 1/2 years.
A successor has not been named at I. Appel.
L.V. MYLES NAMES KATZE: Enid Katze has been promoted to the new position of director of marketing for the women’s division of L.V. Myles.
Katze reports to Paul Miller, president.
She had been a merchandiser for the company for 12 years.
L.V. Myles is a license holder for women’s sleepwear and loungewear of The Disney Co., which includes Mickey & Co. and Mickey Unlimited brands, among other labels.
