NATORIOUS NIGHT: More than 100 retailers and industry executives turned out for the launch party of Natori Black Label foundations at the Natori offices and showrooms in Manhattan.

Scores of retailers enjoying an exotic cranberry and passion fruit cocktail called Hypnotique included Terry Lundgren and Janet Grove of Federated Department Stores, Bob Mettler and Sandy Pierce of Macy’s West, Mary Krug and Ann Cox of Neiman Marcus, and Jennifer DeWinter and Anne Caetano of Saks Fifth Avenue.

The new look of the 10-year-old collection of Natori foundations, which is being produced by Dana-Co, features special effects such as subtle Natori crest logos, Asian rose embroideries and seamless lace looks.

The Natori firm also unveiled its new marketing campaign entitled “Underneath,” which will be provided to retailers in three formats: DVD, CD-ROM and VHS.
