Support Surface’s Norio Surikabe knows a thing or two about a European sensibility, having worked stints at Romeo Gigli, Alberto Biani and 10 Corso Como’s NN studio brand. Surikabe turned out a crisp set of well-tailored pieces in mostly neutral palette of white, bone and oatmeal with an occasional pop of color like a bright ruched fuchsia dress or an emerald cowl-neck blouse. The standouts included shirts and a cheery red and white striped dress. As Surikabe put it: “My line is a little masculine but you see a few things that are very feminine.”
