Name: Stacey Lei Krauss
Teaches: Willpower and Grace, a fusion of dance, calisthenics, Pilates and yoga-inspired moves as well as spinning classes and personal training.
What She’s Wearing: Theory tank, Bik Girl cargos and Capezio Sandasole shoes.
“Willpower and Grace is a barefoot class, so these shoes are the perfect hybrid because they’re bare but give some traction. I like to bring streetwear into my classes and I love cargos because after class, I can just put on a pair of heels and go. I like to have fun with what I wear — my work clothes are other people’s play clothes.”
Name: Debby Green
Teaches: Iyengar Yoga
What She’s Wearing: Sugoi tank and KOS USA flared stretch pants.
“I prefer clothes that are tight fitting without being revealing. In yoga, alignment is so important and you need to be able to see what the body is doing, so I choose to wear fitted garments over baggy ones.”
Name: Patricia Moreno
Teaches: Cardiomoves, a latin dance fusion class, Kickboxing, Yoga and IntenSati, a class that combines classic yoga with cardiovascular and muscular conditioning.
What She’s Wearing: Blue Fish tank and pants.
“Blue Fish is my favorite. It fits perfectly for my body type. I’m very tall and it’s often hard to find things that are long enough. I also love the fabrics they use, they’re thick, which offers additional support — great when you’re jumping around.”
