NEW YORK — Outerwear isn’t usually the featured player in a resort collection, but Dana Buchman has decided to put coats and jackets center stage this time around. Bright yellow raincoats, orange and lime leather jackets and even a black satin evening number take leading roles. Buchman also is offering plenty of great-looking denim pieces and cool kimono-style tops to round out the line.
