NEW YORK — Services for Patricia Feinberg, president and co-founder of Jay Strongwater, a fashion jewelry firm, were held here on Friday.
Feinberg, who was known as Penny, died April 20 from cancer, according to her son Jay Feinberg, the firm’s designer. She was 63.
Feinberg had worked with her son Jay since 1981. She was the showroom manager at his first company, Jay Feinberg. In July 1990, she and her husband, Martin Feinberg — who oversees production and financial matters — helped him start his current jewelry business under the name Jay Strongwater, which uses her maiden name.
Also surviving are another son, Stephen, and three granddaughters, Elizabeth, Katherine and Margaret Feinberg.
