Perry Ellis International has signed a licensing agreement with Parigi Group Ltd. for boys’ and girls’ casual sportswear, activewear and swim for sizes newborn to 20 in the U.S. and Canada under the Perry Ellis and Original Penguin names. LF U.S.A. Inc. will continue to be the licensee for Perry Ellis Portfolio boys’ dress wear.

The new collections will be targeted to better department stores, with Original Penguin launching for spring 2015 and Perry Ellis for back-to-school 2015.
