NEW YORK — Stella McCartney is stepping into the world of perfumery with her first women’s fragrance, called Stella, which will be launched globally on Sept. 13, her 32nd birthday. The scent is being marketed by YSL Beauté, a division of Gucci Group. Elsewhere under the umbrella of the parent brand, Gucci is launching its latest men’s fragrance, conceived by the group’s creative director, Tom Ford, working with the company’s fragrance licensee, Wella.
