LONDON – Richemont said fourth quarter sales rose 16 percent with all of its business segments performing “strongly.”
The luxury firm cited worldwide, favorable economic conditions as well as strong demand for its Maisons branded goods for the robust sales gain.
By region, sales in the Americas and Asia-Pacific both posted gains of 26 percent while Japan was up 14 percent and Europe climbed 9 percent. Results were at the actual exchange rate.
