DALLAS — What makes a company a Dallas Fashion Award winner? The victors, in fact, are selected by a poll of retailers who are asked to choose their most fashionable and best-performing resources. These eight companies earned the majority of votes in the 30th annual awards, as announced at the DFA black-tie gala Oct. 29 at the International Apparel Mart.
