NEW YORK — At the Turkish Fashion Fabric Exhibition today and Wednesday at the Grand Hyatt hotel, exhibitors are offering soft blends in cotton, rayon and linen for spring 2007. Stripes and other geometric motifs are front-runners for the season, along with neutrals sprinkled with midtones such as purple, green and orange.
