MILAN — Versace has opened a 5,400-square-foot boutique in Berlin and is projecting first-year sales at $7 million.
The store will carry the Gianni Versace first-line collections of clothing and accessories for women and men, in addition to the new Home Signature Collection.
Versace has also expanded its Munich boutique by 1,800 square feet, which will enable it to add the Home Signature Collection to the women’s and men’s collections that it previously carried. As a result of the expansion, annual sales are expected to double to approximately $6 million.
On the home front, Versace said it has also opened a new 5,400-square-foot store in the northern Italian coastal city of Pesaro. This unit carries the Versus line along with the women’s, men’s and home collections.
First-year sales in the Pesaro Store are being projected at $1.6 million.
