PARIS — Not so long ago, blouses were practically an endangered species. They were being replaced en masse by sweaters and Ts. But now the tide has turned, and blouses are enjoying a renewed popularity. The spring couture collections reflected that trend, showcasing everything from net peasant numbers and patterned blousons to elaborate, Edwardian-esque lace and even allover pearl concoctions.
