NEW YORK — In the stunning spring collection he showed on Monday morning, Oscar de la Renta presented lots of great-looking clothes that should appeal to both his longtime loyalists and to a sizable contingent of the younger set. The collection was terrific from start to finish, and it was a worldly line, with references to Sixties Saint Tropez, nautical looks and even some Indian embellishment. Here, part of the last theme: his bold ikat skirt, embellished with sequins, worn with a ruffled blouse and boxy jacket. For more, see the reviews.
