AT BOTH ENDS: Ahead of the launch of his next perfumes with new licensee Inter Parfums SA, Karl Lagerfeld will be scenting rooms with a new range of candles.

The designer has signed a licensing agreement with Welton London to create, produce and distribute a range of signature candles in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East.

For the first Karl Lagerfeld collection, John-Paul Welton, based in the perfume capital of Grasse, France, expressed the essence of the fashion house in olfactory terms. The first three scented candles are to be commercialized in October.
