PEN POINT: Bloomingdale’s has devoted its Third Avenue windows to Montblanc’s new Extreme collection for three weeks.

Mike Giannattasio, chief executive officer of Montblanc North America, said the windows are intended to “represent our brand in a modern way” and include classic pieces such as writing instruments, watches and leather goods that have been reimagined in durable, modern materials that are fire- water- and scratch-resistant. 

The windows also feature the first peek at Montblanc’s Extreme motorcycle helmet as well as the company’s first backpack.

Bloomingdale’s has the official launch of many of the Extreme products.
