BOSELLI BACK: The Italian Fashion Chamber has reconfirmed Mario Boselli as its president, but also has taken steps to forge a new path. The board of the Camera Nazionale della Moda has approved a renewal project aimed at both consolidating the association’s leading role in the country’s fashion industry and at making Milan Fashion Week more competitive internationally.

The plan includes deeper involvement of Italian fashion’s key figures in the chamber’s decisions, a new corporate governance structure guided by the industry’s entrepreneurs and the change of the association’s statute in order to appoint a chief executive officer, a new role.
