BY BROOKLYN: Model, aspiring actor and London kid about town Brooklyn Beckham is moving behind the camera for Burberry’s upcoming Brit fragrance campaign.
There’s an image on Instagram of the eldest Beckham child, dressed in a hoodie and sweatpants, focusing his Leica on the viewer. The caption says Brooklyn’s excited to photograph the campaign on Saturday, and asks his audience to watch it live on Instagram and Snapchat.
A Burberry spokesman confirmed that while Beckham is taking the pictures, he won’t be appearing in the campaign. He declined further comment.
Burberry certainly loves a Beckham: Brooklyn’s younger brother Romeo has appeared in more than one campaign for the brand, and most recently in its Christmas outing alongside the likes of Sir Elton John, Naomi Campbell, James Corden and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
Brooklyn, who turns 17 in March and attends school in London, appeared two years ago on the cover of Man About Town magazine, and has modeled for the Polish clothing brand Reserved.
Earlier this week, his father David Beckham appeared in the latest ad campaign for his Hennes and Mauritz spring Bodywear collection.
Last fall, the senior Beckham also made his screen debut in a short film alongside Harvey Keitel. “Outlaws,” was executive produced by Liv Tyler for Belstaff.
