NIFTY FIFTY: Cerruti is to leave its historic Paris flagship at 3 Place de la Madeleine and open a new-look store in summer 2017 as the French fashion house marks its 50th anniversary.
It is understood the Madeleine location will go dark as soon as this weekend. Cerruti plans to open a 4,000-square-foot temporary boutique in November in the city’s fashion district, awaiting the new flagship.
The latter is to reflect a decor concept under new chief creative officer Jason Basmajian that is to be unveiled at a new Hong Kong flagship opening in October.
It is also introducing an online store offering shopping and editorial content.
The temporary store is to house ready-to-wear, leather goods, eyewear, watches, jewelry, writing instruments, ties, scarves and perfumes.
