CHANGES AT RALPH: Ralph Lauren Corp. has made some organizational changes in its e-commerce operation. Sarah Gallagher, president of Ralph Lauren E-commerce for North America, has resigned from the company. In addition, Flo Dessin, senior vice president, general merchandise manager of Ralph Lauren E-commerce has left that role and has taken on an interim position, working with the Latin American team. Danielle Diamond, vice president of merchandising at and, has also left the firm.

In a related move, Robert Gagnon joined Ralph Lauren as senior vice president, E-commerce on April 1. He was previously at Gap Inc. as vice president, general manager, responsible for the North American business. Earlier he was at, and spent 13 years at Victoria’s Secret. Gagnon reports to Eric Korman, president, Ralph Lauren Digital & Global E-Commerce and Wayne Meichner, president and chief operating officer of Ralph Lauren Retail Group.
