SWEET NOTE: Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Ralph Lauren Romance sponsored the Hollywood premiere of the romantic drama “The Vow” on Monday night at Grauman’s Chinese Theater. Stars Channing Tatum (in Ralph Lauren) and Rachel McAdams (in Vivienne Westwood) walked the red carpet together, while Tatum’s wife Jenna Dewan did solo interviews. “It’s always hard watching your spouse with other people on screen, but it’s part of the job,” she said. Tatum said that he and his wife were equally romantic. “I think we’re even, which is why it works. But I do think guys have to do more work than girls. It’s just our job.” McAdams said it wasn’t hard to conjure chemistry with her hunky co-star, noting, “We got along right off the bat. It sort of happened quite naturally that we became friends.” At the after-party across the street at The Roosevelt Hotel, pink roses in silver cups adorned the tables and a giant Ralph Lauren wedding cake dominated the bar area. “They were going to wrap up the whole room like a bottle of perfume,” said Marc Rey, president of L’Oreal International Designer Collections, who admitted to getting teary-eyed during the film. “It’s definitely more geared towards women,” he said.
