A TATI TIE-UP: Chantal Thomass has teamed up with French discount retailer Tati for a holiday capsule collection and pop-up store. The irreverent lingerie designer has created a line based on her signature references using pink, lace and bows, including Christmas decorations, home wares and stationary as well as a tuxedo jacket and pants and a little black dress for the retailer. Prices for the line range from 1 euro for a paper gift bag to 69.99 euros for a pink feather Christmas tree, or between $1.25 and $87.76 at current exchange. The line debuted Friday at a specially designed pop-up store at Paris’ Saint-Lazare train station, before rolling out on Nov. 26 to the retailer’s other doors and on its e-commerce website. The launch will be accompanied by a multimedia ad campaign, and is part of the retailer’s rebranding to appeal to a more modern consumer base. The temporary store will remain open until Jan. 5.
