The Savile Row tailor showed a ready to wear collection that channeled French Riviera chic in the style of Cary Grant in “To Catch a Thief.” Cue long-sleeved cotton pique shirts that could be dressed up or down, navy wool blazers with a bit of stretch — added comfort for those steering their roadsters around the Grande Corniche — and wool mesh jackets with snazzy shawl collars.

Windowpane checks abounded on ivory or navy jackets with peak lapels that were styled with contrasting striped shirts and jazzy bow ties. Edward Sexton, one of London’s top tailors, has been acting as a consultant on the line, which is sold at stores including Harvey Nichols and House of Fraser. Next up: Expansion into casual wear.
