CHROME HEARTS AND KATE HUDSON, TAKE TWO: Following up on their CH + KH jewelry collaboration, Chrome Hearts and Kate Hudson are adding sunglasses to the mix. “We wanted to expand our collections into something for every woman, whether it’s ethereal or modern. For our eyewear collection, it was important for me that the glasses have flair but are wearable and go with everything. I personally love eyewear that I can pair with a work outfit and a casual outfit,” said Hudson. “Kate has that inherent style gene that’s totally effortless and can’t be learned,” said Chrome Hearts co-owner Laurie Lynn Stark. “With eyewear, there is a very precise technical element to designing — it’s necessary in order to make them work. During the design process, Kate would point out the most subtle details.”

The limited-edition collection of 11 styles retailing for $850 will hit Chrome Hearts stores and select boutiques this summer, and the brand will celebrate with a cocktail party at its Beverly Hills store Thursday.
