TWILIGHT AT NIGHT: As darkness fell Thursday night, vampires and mortals alike joined for a screening of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2,” hosted by The Cinema Society with The Hollywood Reporter and Samsung Galaxy. Although the movie’s principal pair (Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart) was noticeably absent, as was a certain hunky werewolf (Taylor Lautner), stars in attendance included Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz, Dakota Fanning, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Maggie Grace, Mackenzie Foy, Lisa Howard and Casey LaBow. “I got a little emotional in L.A. but I’m coming to terms with it,” said Greene, in navy Donna Karan, about the end of the series. “But, I couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out.” Lutz, who donned a tailored YSL Suit, showed off a variety of ape and bear-inspired vampire strides to reporters, adding, “Everything kind of messes with your head when you play with a vampire. The difference between being still and being stiff is always keeping an emotional furnace going.” Of her experience filming the movie, Reaser said, “It’s its own genre. One day [during shooting] I was hanging in harness off a cliff over a river I was like ‘what am I doing.’ I went to Juilliard and studied Shakespeare and Chekov. What’s happening right now?”
