SPRING FLING: New York-based retailer and sportswear brand Saturdays Surf NYC and Parisian concept store Colette have a self-described “lasting friendship” — the store has supported the brand since the inception of its first collection in 2010 — and the companies recently took it to the next level. The two teamed up to launch a five-piece unisex line for spring, consisting of graphic t-shirts, board shorts, a tote bag, beach towel and hat featuring a mix of each brand’s signature logos. “We designed the items thinking about how the DNA of both brands could coexist,” Saturdays co-founder Morgan Collett told WWD.
