DO-GOODERS: “We have young children, so [the cause] is something that’s very close to our heart,” said Monique Lhuillier, standing next to husband and brand chief executive Tom Bugbee on Wednesday night. The designer was co-hosting The Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering Associates Committee’s Fall Party, benefitting pediatric sarcoma. She’d upped the lace quotient by dressing many of the guests in attendance. It was Lhuillier’s first time at an MSK event, but the charity’s regulars — Shoshanna Gruss, Lela Rose, Patricia Herrera Lansing, Charlotte Ronson, Nina Garcia, Wes Gordon and Veronica Beard — were all in attendance.

“I always come every year,” Herrera Lansing said in the restaurant’s Pool Room, festive with autumnal forestry. “So, how many people would like to give $25,000?” auctioneer Jamie Niven asked the crowd after dinner. In total, the event raised over $600,000.
