FAMILY AFFAIR: The Duchess of Cambridge attended the traditional Christmas Day church service in the Sandringham estate, the Queen’s country retreat.

She wore a calf-length green coat by Sportmax with a matching hat, accessorized with a pair of drop earrings and diamond brooch. The coat went on to sell out on the Sportmax site within a few hours.

Others members of the Royal family who attended the service included the Queen, Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and Princess Beatrice. Prince George was left at home, despite eager speculation by British media that he would be in attendance.

After the service, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge went to Anmer Hall, their home on the estate, to enjoy a Christmas lunch with the Middletons.

During the festive period, the young royal made a number of appearances as part of her charity work. She visited ICAP’s annual charity day with Prince William earlier this month.

She also paid a visit to the Anna Freud Centre, an institution serving children with mental health issues, where she joined the children singing Christmas carols.
