MENTORING MATTERS: On Friday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge pursued their mental health awareness initiative with a visit to London Wall on Friday. The royal couple visited the XLP project mentoring program, which helps children and teens who are suffering from emotional challenges.
They met with carers and people involved with the facility. Last year, they visited the XLP project at Gipsy Hill in London and watched performances that were a part of the arts program. The duchess wore an orange checkerboard skirt suit by British label Eponine.
Yesterday, the young royals visited St. Thomas’ Hospital in London and met with Jonny Benjamin and Neil Laybourn. Benjamin, who attempted suicide in 2008, was saved by Laybourn.
